What is the Women of Power Summit?

The Women of Power Summit is a professional leadership conference designed especially for executive women of color. This event will bring together over 1,500 influential corporate professionals and businesswomen from across the country. The event will be held March 24–26, 2022, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Who should attend?

Mid- to senior-level managers, C-level executives, decision makers, HR officers, diversity officers, and professionals.

Do you suggest I seek sponsorship from my company?

Yes, we suggest you seek sponsorship from your employer. The Women of Power Summit is a career development and leadership conference that adds value to you and your company. For your assistance, we have provided a Letter to Employer.pdf and an Attendee Profile Stat Sheet.pdf that may aid in getting your company’s approval. What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes the executive leadership workshops, conference materials, breakfast, lunch, receptions, entertainment, the Women of Power Legacy Awards Dinner, lifestyle workshops, and scheduled activities (excluding the spa). It does not include the hotel room, airfare, or ground transportation.

What is the refund policy for the Women of Power Summit?

A refund of all registration fees minus a $100 processing fee will be made within 5-7 business days of cancellation. No refunds will be issued after Jan. 21, 2022.

Are group discounts available for the Women of Power Summit?

Yes, discounts are available for groups of three (3) or more. To qualify for the discount, everyone must register at the same time. For more information on group discounts and the refund policy, please visit the Registration page.

What can I expect from the program?

Gain access to and learn from industry leaders about how to optimize your potential for professional advancement. Participate in interactive workshops and sessions that examine corporate trends, leadership and management skills, and small business issues. You’ll get to network with executive women from across the country, and enjoy restorative activities such as morning workouts, one-on-one coaching sessions, networking opportunities, entertainment, and much more.

If you’re interested in becoming a speaker or would like to recommend someone, please submit a photo, bio, and press kit (if available) to the Speaker Inquiry -page on the Women of Power website. When do you suggest I arrive in Las Vegas, and when is the Summit’s last event?

The Summit begins on Thursday, March 24 and concludes on Saturday, March 26.

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the summit?

Yes. For the safety of our staff, sponsors, attendees, vendors, and everyone planning to attend the Women of Power Summit at the Bellagio in Las Vegas in 2022, you must be fully vaccinated to attend.

Please read through the COVID-19 guidance to supplement –not replace—any state, local or territorial health and safety laws, rules, and regulations for which gathering must comply.

· You will be required to present proof of vaccination (ex: CDC vaccination card or state approved digital app).

· Face covering will be required for all guests and staff while in attendance at the event.
